Pedestrian struck, killed on 401 east of Napanee

A pedestrian was struck and killed on Highway 401 on Saturday morning after pulling over and exiting his vehicle.
Just before 6 a.m. police were called to the eastbound portion of the highway between Palace Road and County Road 4 exits, east of Napanee.
