Pedestrian struck by vehicle near Lincoln Fields

A man in his 30s was taken to hospital as a precaution after being struck by a vehicle near Lincoln Fields Shopping Centre during the morning commute Thursday.
Paramedics were called to Richmond Road at Croydon Avenue at 8:30 a.m.
The pedestrian suffered what was believed to be a minor hip injury and was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
