Paw Patrol: OPP rescues 'Teddy' from Tay River

A pair of OPP officers teamed up to rescue Teddy after the therapy dog fell through the ice of the Tay River in Lanark County Thursday morning.
One of the officers also took a no-doubt frigid swim, but in the end, he and Teddy were unhurt.
At 11:04 a.m., the dog’s owner called 911 to report that the animal was in the water, front legs on ice at a spot about 3 km along the Rideau Trail from River Road in Drummond North Elmsley Township.
