Passengers stuck inside grounded plane for five hours

Unexpected weather in Toronto and Montreal forced 20 planes to divert to Ottawa on Monday, including one nightmarish flight that stayed grounded for more than five hours with its passengers stuck inside.
The sudden arrival of planes, coupled with extreme delays for flights waiting to depart for storm-ridden Toronto or Montreal, caused massive holdups which stretched into several hours for some.
All but one of the planes landed and later took off without issue. The exception was Air Transat
