Palestinian Festival back for a fifth year

The steadily growing Ottawa Palestinian Festival opened for its fifth year on Friday at the Marion Dewar Plaza next to city hall.
The showcase of Palestinian culture attracted 9,000 participants for the inaugural event in 2014, and that number has increased to 15,000, 20,000 and 25,000 in the ensuing years, the festival website says.
