Pair arrested for allegedly defrauding Casino du Lac-Leamy

A pair of Ontario men are to appear in Gatineau court after they were arrested earlier this week on accusations they defrauded the Casino du Lac-Leamy in a complicated bank fraud scheme.
Sunilkumar Patel, 53, and Yuan Wang, 40, were arrested on Wednesday and Thursday respectively, in the Toronto area on charges of fraud and forgery.
In a release, the Sûreté du Québec said the arrests involved “the use of false bank drafting in casinos in different provinces.”
