Ottawa weather: Dangerous fog, then clouds [Video]

Talk about a misty morn.Ottawa awoke to a fog advisory Tuesday morning with Environment Canada warning that visibility in some areas “may suddenly drop to near zero.” The fog will burn off with sunrise and then it’s forecast to turn into a mix of sun and cloud with a balmy high of 21 C.
