Ottawa smashes another weather record while more rain, flooding expected

It’s wet and wild out there, folks.
Environment Canada’s rainfall warning was still in effect Monday morning and the deluge isn’t expected to stop until afternoon when 20 mm of rain will have fallen in a storm that’s already made 2017 the wettest year on record. 
Northwest winds could hit gusts of up to 80 km/h.
