Ottawa restaurant owners see little benefit in 9 a.m. alcohol sales
Some Ottawa restaurant owners and managers say they don’t see any real benefit in legislation that will allow them to sell alcohol in the morning.
The Ontario budget on Thursday included proposals that licensed establishments throughout the province would potentially be allowed to serve alcohol starting at 9 a.m., along with other legislation updating gambling laws and combat sport regulations.
