Ottawa police work fast to make bank robbery collar

Armed with a surveillance camera image, city police identified a suspect accused in a Rideau Street bank robbery and arrested him within hours Tuesday.
Police say a suspect walked into the bank near Cumberland Street at about 11:45 a.m., said he had a gun – although none was seen – and demanded cash.
He fled with an undisclosed sum.
Patrol officers got a “good quality” image of the suspect and were able to identify him as someone who frequents the ByWard Market area,
