Ottawa pedestrian struck by cars and dragged expected to survive, says relative

The Ottawa man who was struck by two cars before being dragged for a kilometre by another vehicle is expected to survive his injuries, a relative says, as police continue to search for the drivers, all of whom fled the scene.
The 52-year-old victim, identified as Victor Carbon, remained unconscious and in serious condition Wednesday at The Ottawa Hospital.
