Ottawa Newspaper Guild votes in favour of strike mandate

Members of the Ottawa Newspaper Guild, which represents 68 employees at the Ottawa Citizen and Ottawa Sun, have voted in favour of giving their executive committee a strike mandate in contract negotiations with management.
