Ottawa man wanted for uttering threats, harassment

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating an Ottawa man wanted for uttering threats and criminal harassment.
Randy Scharf, 30, is described as a Caucasian male, 5-foot-7 (170cm), 148 lbs. (67 kg), with a thin build and short beard.
An investigation started in early July when police became concerned about threats allegedly made by Scharf. If seen, police are asking the public to call 911 and to not approach him.
