Ottawa man missing two weeks found safe: Police

A 54-year-old Ottawa man missing since May 15 has been located safe and sound.
Ottawa police said Tuesday afternoon that Robert Russ had been located. 
Police issued a public appeal on May 26, asking for help finding Russ.
