Ottawa man charged with sexual assault, interference

A 23-year-old Ottawa man has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and uttering threats.
The Ottawa Police Service’s Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section laid the charges against Zacharie Rosembert on Saturday.
The charges stem from incidents that occurred between February and May 2018, while Rosembert was employed by the Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario as a lunch supervisor at a school in the Vanier/Overbrook area. Rosembert will app
