Ottawa man charged in week-long string of robberies

A 34-year-old Ottawa man is facing a slew of charges after a week-long string of robberies across the city.
In a media release Tuesday, Ottawa police said the first in a chain of robberies happen at 2 p.m. on Oct. 28 at a bank in the 2400 block of Bank Street.
The next day, there was another robbery at 10:40 p.m. at a business in the 400 block of Rideau Street.
