Ottawa family devastated as boy, 11, still missing after 'freak' boating accident

A grieving Ottawa family is devastated after a “freak accident” capsized their boat on the St. Lawrence River, leading to a desperate search for an 11-year-old boy who remains missing and is presumed drowned.
