Ottawa Citizen reporters James Bagnall and David Pugliese have been nominated for National Newspaper Awards alongside 14 other Postmedia journalists.
Bagnall, a senior business reporter and columnist, was nominated for an explanatory feature that delved into the origins of the Phoenix pay system fiasco. The award category considers “exceptional reporting to explain complex or arcane subjects.”
