Ottawa Champions edged by homer-happy Quebec Capitales

Two home runs by Kalian Sams and one by James McOwen in the first three innings were enough as the Quebec Capitales downed the Ottawa Champions 4-3 in a Can-Am League baseball game at Quebec City on Thursday night.
Tyson Gillies hit a two-run homer for the Champions, whose record dropped to 6-14.
