Ottawa a hot spot for car collisions, according to insurer

Ottawa is ranked 55th out of 64 Canadian communities when it comes to the frequency of automobile collisions, according to insurance company Allstate Canada.
The insurer crunched 10 years of collision data in municipalities for which it has at least 1,000 clients and found Ottawa had seen a 22 per cent increase in car collision claims over the past 10 years.
