Osgoode's Derek Gee taking dual road: education and elite cycling

In the summer of 2015, Derek Gee of Osgoode stood at a crossroads.
One road, much like the ones he had spent hundreds of hours riding on in practice and competition, would lead him into a long-term relationship with amateur and, maybe, pro cycling.
The other road, much like the one he had travelled 10 months of the year for the past 12 years, would direct him to post-secondary education.
