OSCPA seeks owner of young Lab-cross dog found 'starving'

When a young Labrador-retriever mix was rescued from a Chapman Mills-area parking lot, it was so emaciated that its hips, spine and ribs stood out in sharp relief.
It’s now getting the care it needs while the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals seeks its owner and asks anyone with information about the “starving” brindle-coated male estimated to be between a year and two years old to call them.
