OPP on the lookout for kids doing good deeds

It’s dubbed Operation Heat but it’s aimed at the heart.
OPP officers across the province will be on the lookout for kids performing acts of kindness during Crime Prevention Week Nov. 4-10.
They’ll be rewarded with tickets they can redeem for a hot drink at Circle K stores for doing a good deed, taking part in community activities, demonstrating neighbourhood pride or observing school crossing rules.
Officers may also offer them as ice-breakers as they chat with kids in their pa
