OPP hunt stiletto-heeled jack o' lantern thief caught in viral video

Russell County OPP are on the hunt for a stiletto-heeled woman whose alleged jacking of Embrun jack o’ lanterns on the weekend has resulted in a video that’s gone viral.
The first incident happened at about 11 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 7 when the woman got out of a white, newer two-door vehicle and took a pumpkin from the front of a home on Ménard Street in Embrun, police reported in a release issued Wednesday.
