OPP clocks 16-year-old motorcyclist at 192 km/h

A 16-year-old Brockville boy won himself a trip to court after a patrolling OPP officer clocked his eastbound motorcycle at nearly double the speed limit Monday afternoon.
The youth was going 192 km/h when he was pulled over at about 3:15 p.m. and had accelerated to that speed in the less than two km between the city’s two exits, Leeds County OPP reports.
Along with appearing in court on a stunt driving charge, the teen’s motorcycle was towed away to be impounded for a week.
