OPP ask for public's assistance to identify suspect in Russell County hit-and-run

Ontario Provincial Police officers with the Russell County detachment are asking for the public’s help to identify a man they believe was involved in a hit-and-run in a Tim Horton’s parking lot on Tuesday.
Details about the incident, which occurred in Russell, are scarce.
However, police said a man driving a black Ford Mustang struck a 71-year-old man outside the coffee shop.
The man received minor injuries as a result of the incident.
