One person missing after two vehicles plunge through the ice near Carleton Place

Ontario Provincial Police were investigating two incidents involving vehicles crashing through the ce of Mississippi Lake near Carleton Place during Sunday’s early morning hours.
According to police, as temperatures rose to above freezing on Saturday evening, a Volkswagen crashed through the ice trapping two people inside.
