One dead after highway crash in Lanark Highlands

A single-vehicle crash left one person dead early Sunday afternoon in Lanark Highlands township.
The incident took place around 2 p.m. on Highway 511, near its intersection with White Lake Road, about 10 kilometres southwest of Calabogie. The highway near Calabogie was subsequently closed to traffic.
The Lanark County detachment of the OPP and the force’s technical traffic collision investigators were on the scene.
