Ottawa’s Juno-winning jazz singer, Kellylee Evans, is dipping her toe back into show biz this summer after a prolonged period spent recuperating from a concussion.But she’s not ready to call it a comeback. “I think I’m just popping my head into the room and going, ‘Hey, can I sing a bit?’” the irrepressible musician said during a recent interview.
