NOTE TO READERS: Power outage causes home delivery delays

A major power outage overnight prevented our presses from printing the Ottawa Citizen until 5 a.m this morning.
As a result there will be significant delays for home delivery subscribers.
For some subscribers outside of our urban delivery area, Thursday and Friday’s papers will be delivered together tomorrow morning.
