No charges in racially-charged incident caught on viral video

Police say they won’t be laying charges in connection with a racially-charged incident that was captured in part on a video that went viral this week.
Jenny Dao-D’Angelo reported to police that a couple struck her with their car, lobbed racial slurs and hit her shoulder as they waited to park outside a Merivale Road restaurant last Friday.
