No charges in Quinte collision that killed pedestrian

Prosecutors and police have determined that charges will not be laid in a collision that killed a 31-year-old Quinte West woman in December.
Candice Canning was struck by a vehicle on Bellevue Drive at about 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 12.
She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
A second pedestrian, a 39-year-old man, suffered minor injuries in the crash.
