NCC reopens Gatineau parkways that closed after frost warning

The National Capital Commission has reopened four parkways in Gatineau Park that closed Wednesday afternoon due to frost warnings.
The frigid weather prompted prompted the federal keeper of lands to close the Gatineau, Champlain, Fortune Lake and Philippe Lake parkways. They reopened late Thursday morning.
