NCC, RendezVous have agreement in principle on LeBreton Flats

The National Capital Commission and RendezVous LeBreton Group are closer to actually building something on LeBreton Flats.
The NCC board approved the terms of a preliminary agreement on Thursday. The business terms will pave the way for the final negotiations of the master development agreement.
“It’s also a milestone date for the modern NCC,” board chair Marc Seaman said during the meeting, later calling it a “watershed moment.”
