Murder charge laid after chase that ended in Arnprior woman's death

A 20-year-old Eganville man already facing charges in a police chase that ended in the death of an Arnprior woman now also faces a first-degree murder charge.
On Sept. 25, Sheila Welsh, 65, was declared dead at the scene after her car was struck by a stolen Ford F150 on Daniel Street in Arnprior. Police had been pursuing the truck.
