Motorcyclist dead following Kanata collision

A 57-year-old motorcyclist is dead following a collision with a car Saturday afternoon near the intersection of Hazeldean Road and Carbrooke Street in Kanata.
Police were called to the scene near the Hazeldean Mall shortly after 1 p.m.
Paramedics reported they treated and transported the victim at the scene.
He was described as suffering multiple injuries and was in life-threatening condition when transported to hospital.
