Morning commute is wet and wild

It’s a wet one Tuesday whether you walk, bus or drive, folks.
School buses in Ottawa and most of the region are cancelled.
OC Transpo is predicting delays on the majority of routes. Traffic snarls range from the deep puddle on Bank Street under Highway 417 to a broken water main that’s closed Bronson Avenue in the Glebe and flooded Queen Elizabeth Drive.
