More generals promoted, new positions created, Vance announces

New promotions for officers were announced Tuesday by Gen. Jon Vance, Chief of the Defence Staff.
There are now 116 general and flag officers. Eleven of those are in the reserve force.
Here are the promotions and appointments that were outlined in the CANFORGEN message sent out by the Canadian Forces:
