More back-to-back games highlight Senators' 2017-18 schedule

CHICAGO — Don’t blame the schedule maker.
The Ottawa Senators are going to be busy in the first two months of the season and they’re going to spend a lot of time away from home as a result.
The National Hockey League released its full schedule Thursday and, though everybody knew the Senators would head overseas to face the Colorado Avalanche on Nov. 10 and Nov. 11 in Stockholm, that will hardly be their longest road trip of the season.
