Missing St. Catharines teen last seen in Ottawa

Ottawa police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing teen.
Philipp Derek Drake Doctor, who is from St. Catharines, was last seen in Ottawa in late November.
His family is concerned for his safety.
Doctor, who goes by the name Derek, is described as a Caucasian male who self identifies as Native-Iroquois. He is 5-foot-5 (165 cm), 100 lbs (45 kg), with brown medium length hair, blue eyes, and acne complexion.
