Missing boy, 12, returns home safely

Ottawa police are asking for the the public’s assistance in locating a missing 12 year old b0y.Seth McHugh went missing from his home in the Meadowlands Drive area on Saturday September 30, 2017.He was last seen at approximately 10:30 a.m. He is described as a 5’ 6” white male with short brown hair and may be wearing black joggers
