On Monday morning, news broke that Murphy, a 1.5 m dwarf Nicaraguan boa, had slithered out of his owner’s Westboro home over the weekend.
By Monday afternoon, @ottawasnake (his handle is Murphy Westboa, of course) was tweeting his alliterative adventures.
Now he’s a media celebrity — at least by Ottawa standards — with perks like promised VIP seating at Westboro’s Fuse Festival Aug. 18-19.
