Ministry issues stop-work order at Claridge construction site

The Ministry of Labour has issued a stop-work order at a Claridge construction site near Dow’s Lake after a worker was injured there on Friday.
It is the same site where a construction employee died two years ago.
Janet Deline, a spokeswoman for the ministry, said the order is specifically for all work related to “fall protection” at the Icon condo building. Work involving heights is halted, but any work done on the ground can continue.
