Ottawa Senators goaltender Mike Condon approaches the on-going social protests in the United States from an intriguing place.
Brought up outside Boston as the son of a Massachusetts State Trooper, his childhood wasn’t one of luxury, but he parlayed athletic talent into a scholarship at Princeton University. As a political science major, he also has the educational background to discuss the issue of National Football League players kneeling for his national anthem from a scholarly position.
