Mentally ill Geddes 'thrown in with the wolves' at Ottawa jail, inmate tells inquest

Cleve Geddes was drooling, disoriented and being taunted by other inmates the day before his suicide in the Ottawa jail where he had been “thrown in with the wolves,” a fellow inmate told a coroner’s inquest Tuesday.
