Man on 'most wanted' list surrenders in 2010 shooting

A fixture on the Ottawa police guns and gangs unit’s most-wanted list is behind bars facing charges including attempted murder in a shooting eight years ago.
Khalid Al-Enzi, 29, turned himself in Wednesday in connection with a June 2, 2010, shooting in the city’s south end.
