Man on 10 driving suspensions arrested again after wild Kingston chase

A 47-year-old Kingston man currently on 10 Canada-wide driving suspensions was arrested again early Tuesday after leaving a trail of wreckage across the city.
Police were alerted just after midnight to a car travelling the wrong way down Conacher Drive.
Reports indicated the car would swerve back into its proper lane just in time to avoid oncoming traffic, but would then drift back into the wrong lane.
