Man in his 20s killed in Richmond-area rollover

A man in his 20s was killed early Friday in a rollover crash that downed live power wires.
A second man in his 20s was unhurt in the crash.
Police alerted firefighters to a car in the ditch in front of 8472 Franktown Rd., near Dwyer Hill Road, at 1:41 a.m.
