Man in critical condition after shooting in city's Chinatown district

The Ottawa police guns and gangs unit is investigating following a Saturday afternoon shooting near the Chinatown and Little Italy neighbourhoods that sent one man to hospital in critical condition.
Shortly before 4 p.m., police were called to a home on Anderson Street, between Rochester and Booth streets, where they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. It is believed he was shot once in the chest inside the home.
Paramedics reported they arrived to find the victim in cardiac arrest
