Man falls down tree while holding chainsaw in Greely

A man is in stable condition after he fell roughly 25 feet from a tree, while holding a chainsaw, in Greely on Thursday afternoon.
Ottawa paramedics said the 47-year-old man was trying to cut a tree at a private residence when he fell. 
According to paramedics, the man suffered minor chest, back and abdominal injuries.  
He was in serious but stable condition at The Ottawa Hospital’s trauma centre.
